2:00 p.m. Inferno Phil sets up (will need help)
3:00 p.m. Judges meeting (mandatory)
3:00 p.m. Serve proteins and sides
4:15 p.m. Judges to be seated
4:30 p.m. Brisket to turn in table and run to judges
5:00 p.m. Fan favorite voting ends
5:30 p.m. Winners announced by M.C. (Eric Costello)
